As Program Manager, I led digital delivery and cross-platform coordination at Turner, ensuring that web, mobile, editorial, and broadcast efforts launched seamlessly and on schedule across fixed, high-visibility release windows.

My Role & Responsibilities
As Program Manager, I was responsible for orchestrating digital execution across platforms, including:
- Leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, QA, editorial, and broadcast partners
- Coordinating digital release schedules with live TV programming and promotional timelines
- Ensuring CMS workflows supported daily publishing, galleries, and video content
- Managing dependencies between content readiness, platform features, and broadcast timing
- Driving launch readiness, risk mitigation, and post-release stabilization
